Description
A door from the frozen food compartment of a Kelvinator refrigerator, made from polystyrene, circa 1950s. The door has a large roundal with the company logo on the left hand side and the words KELVINATOR FROZEN FOOD CHEST in gold lettering. The door has fixings on either side and a hand grip on the top edge with which to open the compartment. This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection.
