Parley bomber jacket

A mens bomber jacket from Adidas made in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans using Parley Ocean Plastic material. The collar, waistband and cuffs of the jacket are ribbed and black in colour while the remainder of the jacket is a tan ripstop/mesh material. A small rectangular carrying pouch can be attached to the jacket through the use of velcro panels on the chest (left) or left arm. The shell and mesh lining of this jacket are made completey out of recycled polyester while the waistband and cuffs contain 98% recycled polyamide. Adidas and Parley began their partnership on Earth Day 2015. Since then, Parley has established a supply chain for upcycled marine waste, sourcing plastic from islands in the Maldives, Sri Lanka and the Domincan Republic - effectivley creating a demand for used plastic that would have otherwise ended up polluting the Indian Ocean and Carribean Sea. Adidas has greatly increased the amount of products they manufacture with recycled ocean plastics throughout the years, resulting in the less reliance on virgin plastics, lower CO2 emissions and a continued push for awareness and further progress.
