Rothy's Pointe II shoes

A 'Lollipop Red' pair of Rothy's shoes in the style The Pointe II. These shoes have a bright red knit upper with blue accents, red knit insoles, green strobel boards, and tortoiseshell effect coloured outsoles. The knitted elements of these shoes are composed of a signature thread made out of single-use plastic bottle which is then 3D knitted to maintain standard shapes and reduce the amount of manufacturing waste. Plastic bottles from areas within 30 miles of coastlines and marine environments are collected to create the signature thread used in all rothy's products with this pair of shoes utilizing around 10 plastic bottles to knit. The bright green strobel boards are composed of an algae-based foam and the outsoles are composed of 9% renewable rubber from rubber plants and 26% natural materials such as sand. These shoes are also fully machine-washable and maintain shape throughout multiple washes and use reducing the need for alternative or replacement shoes. The packaging for these shoes is made from 95% post-consumer recycled materials including 100% recyclable inserts.
