Description
The Vibratosax is an injection moulded saxophone in a white coloured polycarbonate/ABS blend with grey coloured keys (the polycarbonate provides resonance whilst the ABS gives elasticity and flexibility). First introduced in 2010 by Thai company Vibrato Saxophones, the A1 model was marketed as a 'sax for all', weighing a third the weight of a brass equivalent and resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion. A modern, comparable version of the acrylic Grafton alto saxophone (reference AIBDC : 007765), the company produced four other alto models (all now discontinued apart from the A1SIII) and were preparing to release a soprano and tenor range. This example is complete with its original box and comes with a cleaning swab, a carry strap, the saxophone main body, neck and mouthpiece. Measurements given are for the body.
