Evian water bottle

A 1.5 litre bottle of Evian natural mineral water, injection blow moulded from 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) with an injection moulded lid made from high density polyethylene terephthalate (HDPE). Partnering with Loop Industries, Evian first released this bottle in 2021 using technology that allows no and low value plastics, that would otherwise go to waste, to be continuously recycled. The Loop branded PET resin is produced in Canada and Evian report that by using it, Carbon emissions are reduced by up to 50% compared with bottles made using virgin plastics. The brand was certified globally carbon neutral by the Carbon Trust in April 2020.
