Fresher for Longer milk bottle

A white HDPE milk bottle with a clear HDPE lid. In the latter months of 2022, many of the supermarkets changed their coloured milk bottle lids to white or clear to facilitate improved recycling. The coloured lids had previously indicated the type of milk that the bottle contained. Clear or pale recyclate is more valuable as it does not need to have the pigments stripped, a cost and resource intensive process.
