Description

A pair of Dear Denier tights in a pink floral pattern, made with 86% Q-Nova nylon (polyamide), an Ecolabel certified yarn containing over 50% pre-consumer waste derived from the yarn industry that would otherwise be unusable and disposed of as external waste. The Danish company also offer a take back initiative whereby customers can drop off used and worn nylon/elastane tights and socks (from any brand) with a discounted future purchase incentive. Estimates suggest 6-7 billion pairs of nylon tights are produced, used and discarded every year. The Dear Denier Recycling Initiative was set up in 2020 and was the first global project attempting to tackle this problem. The company are commited to minimising their environmental impact by using sustainable design and production methods, zero-waste manufacturing partners and end-of-life solutions. These Rebecca Floral tights are officially certified by PETA and are 3D knitted with an invisible sandal toe, flat seams and a matt finish.
